Project Background

With the acceleration of urbanization, urban traffic pressure is increasingly intensified and traffic flow continues to rise, resulting in serious urban traffic congestion, frequent traffic accidents and traffic violations etc.. In order to deal with many problems caused by traffic pressure, intelligent traffic management is extremely urgent. by 5G communications, big data, cloud services and artificial intelligence technology to create a new generation of intelligent transportation systems to enhance the management level and efficiency.

Project Requirements

Detecting and recording vehicles’ driving behavior on the road automatically and unfailingly, dispatching road traffic intelligently and recording the the vehicle of peccancy, real-time transmitting the catching shoots of the peccancy or illegal vehicles.

Our Solution

Toputel's industrial router/gateway provides remote access to CCTV devices such as DVR (Digital Video Recorder), NVRs (Network Video Recorder) and IP Camera. Using Toputel 4G wireless industrial router/gateway as the upper connective router linking to safe city monitoring terminal,the monitoring point is connected to the (CCTV) video private network by wired or wireless connection mode.The 4G wireless router/gateway is installed in the waterproof box attached to the monitor pole.

When wired access, the router/gateway supports the 100/1000M optical interface and can be connected to the private network directly through existing optical fiber video transmission. As a result,an optical modem is saved and the Ethernet interface can be used to connect upward. Meanwhile,the router/gateway provides multiple Ethernet interfaces and can access multiple monitoring devices;

When wireless access,the 4G link can act as a wired hot backup link. When the cable access fails, the device switches to the 4G link to upload video automatically. After the wired access is restored, it cuts back to wire transmission automatically. Since dial-up is on demand, resources in the carrier base station are not occupied in the backup state;
