Project background:

With the development of society and the rise of the e-commerce industry, online shopping has become more and more convenient, which has led to the rapid rise of the express delivery industry. With the increasing volume of express business, there are more and more problems in the process of delivery, such as：the community can't get in/out freely, the recipient is not there, the receipt is too slow, the express is lost, customer information leaked, contact virus spread etc.,all of the above require a more advanced, intelligent and convenient express management and operation.

Project Requirements

Smart express delivery cabinets have the characteristics of scattered distribution points, wide coverage and long communication distance. It requires a high-speed and stable network and data transmission channel, and transfer all the information such as picking and delivering to the enterprise background management platform for business analysis and operation. At the same time, through the third party IoT cloud management platform, the operating enterprises can realize unified supervision of the operation status of the express cabinet terminals scattered in different locations, effectively reducing the operation and maintenance cost of the enterprise.

Our Solution

Toputel's wireless industrial 4G router/gateway installed in the express cabinet, connecting and interacting with the central business system of the express cabinet company through the 4G link to complete the related business interaction process. The device is small without the need of any wired connection. It can be integrated into the express cabinet easily.

At any time, people can use the password provided by the express delivery company to pick up their own express and parcel in the smart express cabinet. At the same time, they can also put the express and parcel into the self-service express cabinet for the express delivery company to pick up
